trek through villages in Morocco
own a rope of real pearls
write a book
compile my poetry into a personal book-DONE March 2009
learn to speak spanish-doing it beginning summer 2010 in Montanita, Ecuador
fall in love and be loved back-passionately
get certified to teach pilates and yoga
ride a motorcycle-fast on the open road and high over dirt bumps
experience Vegas night life
sail on the ocean
design, build, and live in an eco-friendly cabin
own a horse-one that I ride every day
travel leisurely in Benin and Kenya visiting old friends
get published
go to a writer's conference or retreat
join a cause and volunteer regularly
learn and master at least three ballroom dances
skydive-just once
take each niece on a travel adventure-their choice of location
go kayaking on the sea and in raging river rapids
learn to surf...on waves bigger than a track hurdle-done summer 2010, Montanita, Ecuador

WHY TEACH OVERSEAS?

Low cost of living coupled by good salary+free furnished housing+travel to and from country of emplyoment (often yearly)+insurance+bonuses+school day meals paid (often more)+baggage/shipping allowance+settling in allowance+extras such as free language lessons, free or greatly reduced master's program, health club memberships, access to cars/vans for transportation.....and all for the chance to be a teacher in a private school with small class size, parental involvement, great facilities AND access to travel in parts of the world I would otherwise NEVER SEE (and anyone else who wants to come visit me can see them too!) WHY NOT TEACH OVERSEAS??
